Transparent Epoxy Flooring Pricing

No hidden fees. No bait-and-switch. Our quotes are line-item detailed — you know exactly what you're paying for before any work starts.

What Determines Your Project Cost

Epoxy pricing isn't one-size-fits-all. Here's what actually drives the cost of your project.

Every epoxy floor quote includes materials, labor, and surface preparation. The variability comes from the condition of your existing concrete, the type of system you choose, and the size of the space. We factor all of this in during our free on-site consultation.

Square Footage

The primary cost driver. Larger areas benefit from slightly lower per-square-foot rates due to fixed setup costs being spread across more area.

Surface Condition

Newer, smooth concrete needs less prep than weathered, cracked, or spalled slabs. Crack repair and leveling add to the baseline cost but are essential for a lasting result.

System & Finish Level

Standard epoxy is the most cost-effective. Polyaspartic topcoats add durability and UV stability at a higher price. Full broadcast flake is mid-range; custom colors and metallic effects are premium.

Moisture Considerations

Basements and below-grade slabs require moisture testing and potentially moisture-tolerant primers — adding a step and a cost, but preventing adhesion failures down the road.

Project Location

Garage floors are the most straightforward. Patios and outdoor areas may require additional UV-stable coatings. Commercial spaces often need longer-cure, low-odor systems.

Prep Work Included

Every FEK quote includes concrete grinding, crack repair, and moisture testing. Some contractors charge these as add-ons — we include them as standard because skipping them causes failures.

What to Expect to Pay

These ranges reflect typical residential projects in the Northeast Florida market. Your quote will be specific to your project conditions.
